Whole Foods or Whole Paycheck

I am hoping to get into some health routine. I have fallen into a bad pattern of not really caring about what I put into my body, which is bad, very bad. Living by yourself means there is nobody around to judge your late night Chocolate Bar runs. I am going to start tracking everything I eat to the great world wide web world, so y'all can judge me. I am average height and weight, normal body size, but I would love to be 'in shape' and go back to what my best friend and I call 'high school skinny'.

Baby steps to health....

Wednesday 7/25

Breakfast:
  • One bowl of Fiber One Cereal
  • One can of Coke

Snack

  • 1 cheese stick
  • 100 calorie pack cheese its

Lunch

  • 1 Philly Roll- Whole Foods
  • 1 small container of Black Bean Soup (yum!)- Whole Foods
  • 1 snack size piece snicker
  • 1 can coke ( I need caffeine!)

Lets hope I am a little better for dinner, but the Chocolate Bar leftover's will be calling my name.....

Ready to catch the healthy motivation bug any day now...
